When you register with, subscribe to, or buy any E-MusicMaestro or E-MusicMaestroPublishing products or services, we need your name, email address and postal address to enable us to identify you correctly should you have any queries. We never share your details with any third party and we will remove them from our database at your request. For your security, we do not have access to the password you choose for your E-MusicMaestro login.
We will use the email address you gave us to send you essential emails in relation to your online subscription confirmations, cancellations and payments, and about any changes to our policies, prices or resources. In the light of this, parents should give their own email address if subscribing on behalf of a child and please consider whether you wish to use your child’s name or your own name as the subscriber.

Worldpay will send you an email confirming your payments. E-MusicMaestro does not receive or store card details. In line with standard payment card industry procedures, WorldPay provides E-MusicMaestro with only the first and last four digits and the expiry date of the payment card but not the full card number, name on the card or CVC number. We only need these in case you ask us to check on any payments you have made.
If you change your name, address or email address, you can update these on the E-MusicMaestro website at My Account Settings. You’ll need to update those details on your Worldpay account separately by logging in at Worldpay using the password they send when you first subscribed. To update your card details you will need to log in at Worldpay.

General Terms and Conditions
Payment for E-MusicMaestro online resources is either by monthly subscription recurring payments or by a prepaid, single payment for 6 or 12 months. The options are displayed on the payment page and monthly subscription is the default option. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that they choose their intended payment option and that they purchase the correct products.
Information for monthly subscribers
When you subscribe you will automatically create a Worldpay payment gateway account over which you retain full control. Your payments will be collected by Worldpay and passed on to E-MusicMaestro. We make every possible effort to ensure that monthly subscribers know they are being charged monthly by sending Worldpay payment notification emails each time a payment is made. Payment notification emails serve to remind customers that they have agreed to recurring card transactions and make them aware of the date they have been charged so that they are able to cancel the subscription when it is no longer needed, without continuing to make unwanted, further payments.
Monthly Subscriptions to E-MusicMaestro resources will be renewed by an automatic payment every month until the subscription is cancelled by the user. Subscribers will be given 90 days' notice of any changes to subscription rates.
Monthly Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time following the initial payment with no obligation and no further charges. It is the subscription account holder's responsibility to cancel the subscription in good time for the transaction to be effected before the next payment becomes due - please allow three working days. You must cancel your subscription a few days before the renewal date because the payments go through at around 1am UTC time on the renewal date. If you cancel on the renewal date, the transaction will already have gone through.
When it’s time for you to cancel your subscription this should be done by logging into your E-MusicMaestro subscription and going to ‘My Purchases’, not via your bank or credit card issuer. A link to Cancel is also given on the Contact Us page. Alternatively, you may log into your Worldpay account to close your account. If you are unable to log in please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not happy with a product you have seven days in which to apply for a refund. After seven days, subscription refunds are at the discretion of E-MusicMaestro. We will always refund in full if we have made a mistake with your account.
We accept no liability or responsibility for lack of, or poor quality, viewing of video files due to the quality and provision of the user’s internet connection and we accept no liability for lack of streaming availability due to the use of outdated browsers. However, we will offer advice and work towards enabling subscribers to use our services.
Forgetting to cancel your subscription or not using your subscription does not legally entitle you to a refund. However, if you are applying for a refund because you forgot to cancel, we will be sympathetic and will usually refund as a gesture of goodwill, although a small administration charge for all transactions is made by our payment gateway. If you ordered the wrong product we will, of course, make a refund and if you are unable to use your subscription for technical reasons we will either offer advice or make a refund if appropriate. Should you feel that you are due to a refund, please contact us at email@example.com giving a full explanation, your email address and account ID number.
