Refunds policy for streamed services

Shoppers have the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with us (receipt of streamed services being instantaneous). If you cancel your order within seven days, you will have your payment returned. Contact us at if you choose to cancel within seven days of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, a partial refund may be made. In the case of an annual Subscription Fee, we will apportion the Subscription Fee paid in advance to the date of termination and return a proportion to you representing the remainder of the year following the date of termination. Additionally, should there be a substantial degradation in quality of service and / or severe outage after the seven day period, we reserve the right to offer a partial or full refund.

Your use of this website and our intellectual property rights

This website and all the materials contained in it are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, and either belong to us or are licensed to us to use. Materials include, but are not limited to, the content, design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, sound files, videos and documents on the website.

We also make use of streamed Youtube material, which is freely available but may be withdrawn by Youtube or their contributors at their discretion. We accept no responsibility for Youtube content that may be accessed as a result of using our website.

We have made this website available to you for your own personal use. We may modify the content and presentation at any time. We are pleased for you to give links to our website via email and from suitable, other websites, however you may not copy, redistribute, republish or otherwise make the materials on this website available to anyone else.

Live Events: Workshops, seminars and courses

If you change your mind about an E-MusicMaestro* live event, your payment will be refunded in full if you apply within 7 days of the payment transaction.

Refunds after the seven day period are entirely at the discretion of E-MusicMaestro, after taking into account individual circumstances and there may be an administration charge.

E-MusicMaestro reserves the right to make minor changes in content detail, with any necessary alterations to the running order of courses, workshops and seminars and, if necessary, to provide a substitute event leader.

Should E-MusicMaestro need to cancel a live event due to unforeseen circumstances, your fee will be refunded in full.

Please be aware that the exchange rate varies over time; the effects of these fluctuations are beyond our control so your payment, and also any refund, may differ slightly from the advertised fee.

We strongly suggest that course participants take out travel insurance where appropriate, to cover expenses should unforeseen circumstances mean that your arrangements need to be cancelled.
